Backing Local · Ride the supply chain

From the farm gate
to the pass.

Every plate you serve starts in or on a field. Hop in the van — as you scroll, we'll drive you along the exact route your ingredients travel, stopping at each stage in the supply chain to showcase how we back local.

Scroll — the van is waiting
Stop 01 · The Farm

It starts in or on the soil.

British farms are the beginning of every great menu. We build direct relationships with growers and producers — so the people who plant, rear and harvest get a fair deal and a genuine route to your kitchen.

We are on a mission to better connect British Farms to the end consumer and showcase how brilliant British Farming is.

Stop 02 · The Processor

Made ready, close to home.

From the mill to the butchery to the dairy — British processors turn great produce into kitchen-ready ingredients. We keep this step local wherever we can, protecting provenance, quality and food miles.

We are passionate about improving local communities and ensuring fiscal transactions remain local — partnering with local processors is our priority.

Stop 03 · The Supplier

Partners, not providers.

Our supplier network is best-in-class — and treated that way. Fees are transparent to them too, and a share goes back as volumes grow. Partners who profit together, deliver together.

We select our partners by how they support the previous stops in this supply chain — ensuring the chain is British & local. We then spend an unreasonable amount of time supporting their business to ensure it is fit for purpose to service your locations.

Stop 04 · Your Kitchen

Onto the pass, onto the plate.

The journey ends where it matters: your kitchen, your menu, your guests. One clear invoice, provenance you can put on the menu, and a supply chain your team — and your customers — can be proud of.

One route. One partner. Zero hidden margins.

That's the supply chain we back — and we'd love to build yours the same way. Talk to us about connecting your menus to Britain's best farmers, processors and suppliers.
